WUSA9 - Principal Apologizes for Using "Terms of Endearment"




Silver Spring, Md. (WUSA) A controversial Montgomery County elementary school principal is apologizing for using what he calls "terms of endearment" that some staffers have claimed is part of a pattern of sexual harassment.
The apology, in a letter to parents from Kemp Mill Elementary School Principal Floyd Starnes, is the latest development in ongoing turmoil at the school after the firing of popular teacher Dan Picca and the filing of federal employment complaints by 10 staffers...continues here.
