Here is the Montgomery County (MD) Council staff report for the proposed resolution for the sale of Peary High School property to the Melvin J. Berman Hebrew Academy. The resolution is to sell 19.52 acres of down-county property in Rockville for $1,914,860. The report was authored by Jeffrey Zyontz, Legislative Attorney, and Michael Faden, Senior Legislative Attorney for the Council. You can also read the staff report here. The actual resolution is on pages circle 66 and 67 of the report. Also worth reading is the independent assessment that former Council Member Marilyn Praisner had completed in 2006.
