In January 2011, TenCate notified FieldTurf Tarkett ("FieldTurf") that it would terminate an exclusive supply agreement with FieldTurf. Soon thereafter, FieldTurf filed a lawsuit against TenCate in the District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (USA).
