LOL. did the "planners" at the Planning Board "plan" this? As they continue to approve over-the-top unsustainable density, did they not realize they must operate within the county too? Wake up. The power grid cannot sustain the over-the-top growth that just keeps getting approved by the Planning Board and the County Council. Even as the Council and County Executive take more and more money from developers for their campaign coffers, the grid is failing. So, have your fun fabulous parties at the Railes.
