This Week: 2 Richard Montgomery HS students hit by cars

October 7, 2013

Dear Richard Montgomery High School Community,

This morning, a Richard Montgomery High School student was hit by a car near Wootton Parkway on his way to school. Fire and Rescue and Rockville City Police responded to the scene and the student was transported to the hospital. The student’s family was contacted and is currently with the student. Our thoughts are with the student and his family.

We would like to remind all students who walk to school to follow posted traffic guidelines and to stay alert of their surroundings. As a part of our Safe or Sorry campaign this year, we will focus on pedestrian safety information.
Thank you for your continued support of Richard Montgomery High School.
