 For those that aren't "in the know" the CESC abbreviation on the Board of Education website refers to Carver Educational Services Center located at 850 Hungerford Drive in Rockville, MD.

The Montgomery County Board of Education will be hiding again on October 13, 2014.  They don't want the public to observe their discussions so they will meet off site in a room without a camera.
