BOE Forming Artificial Turf Program
Sorry, we don't have any additional information about this program. This document was part of the November 18, 2014, Board of Education Fiscal Management Committee meeting documents.
"Sustainable" in this context refers to the program for funding and maintaining the unsustainable turf. A "sustainable"program for "sustainable" grass would consist of water, sun, and periodically, seed.
It seems self-evident to me, but isn't, um, GRASS "sustainable?"
