I can match that: This past Thursday, I attended Mr. Leggett's public forum regarding his CIP proposals, and he stated that he believes MCPS needs to slow down and consider very carefully all the ramifications of changing bell times. Yeah? And it's OK to decide to demolish a perfectly good school in the blink of an eye?
