    Here we go again. Old, ridiculous policies that need reviewed and revised allow huge amounts of money to be paid out while the schools scream for money. Shameful! That money should have been spent to benefit the kids. If our schools were businesses, they would have failed a long time ago. Excessive spending and a poor product equals failure.
